TOPIQ | Separating Multiple Diffraction Patterns In CrysAlis Pro
The ‘Lattice-It’ feature in CrysAlisPro is an essential tool for crystallographers to manually separate multiple diffraction patterns in the reciprocal space for better viewing and indexing. We will review two examples where indexing fails without user intervention: one because of pollution from heavy icing and another due to the presence of a second twin component.
