How to adjust a Tesla Model S door handle for proper alignment / flush and fix latch action

These door handles are wonderful when they're working-- but they do break. A lot. Here's how to remove/install a handle (without removing the glass), but with a focus on adjusting the sensors so that the action on the latch is correct, the moment of the handle is in proper adjustment, and the final alignment is flush to the body. I had recently replaced the wiring in this handle but forgot to adjust the action while I was in there... UGH. So I had to dig back into the door to fix it.
