Ingredients: 500g all-purpose flour (add a little more for kneading if needed) 350ml water 15g fresh baker's yeast 100g sugar (use two level tablespoons to add to the dough, the rest to sprinkle on top) 100g pork cracklings 50g seedless raisins 1 shot of sweet anise liqueur 10g salt Ground cinnamon for sprinkling (add it when you add the sugar; I forgot to add it, I only realized after posting the video) Social media: Instagram, Facebook, subscribe!
