PIR-sensor and Micro:bit
This video shows how a PIR sensor can be used with a Micro:bit. The PIR sensor can detect changes in the infrared light from the surroundings and it can therefore be used in a burglar alarm, for automatic switching on / off of lights, for opening doors and for controlling a camera. If you want to do the experiments, in addition to the board, brass nails and cardboard box, use solder and soldering iron, as well as a number of Micro:bits with batteries, a PIR sensor, a servomotor, test cables and a power supply of 4.5 V or 6 V.
