Set in a haunted warehouse and a rustic vintage photo development lab, the story of the video follows an emotionally distressed woman, who is held hostage in a giant invisible cube by her mysterious captor. Enchanted by her sensual performance, the dapper fetishist is entangled in seductive exchange of emotions with the woman. In reality one easily can realize that you can lose yourself in urge to please the other person. It is a story of poisonous dependence and toxic relationship. Both characters fall into the embrace of a dangerous game, where the woman is being tested and forced to prove her worth. With the motives of melancholy and inspired by old movies and abstract photography of Man Ray – this stylistic visual sends a message of transformation, strength and perseverance. A glimpse of sexy black and white photographs, animal X-rays, Rorschach inkblot cards, and the sounds of an electric LED violin, creates the feeling of anticipation and suspense. The climax of the story is when at last in her desperation and rage, gaining confidence and desire to be free, she breaks through in a powerful and enigmatic transformation: from the devastated, cornered woman into the blazing Phoenix, who at last takes charge and sets herself free. The roles are now switched; she steps outside the cage, leaving her captor inside, puzzled and helpless, left alone in his own trap.
