PRIDE DAY curated run! (The Lost starts with 3 Dollar Bill, Fruit Cake and Rainbow Baby) Goal: The Lost vs. Mom [Normal Difficulty] Spiciest Stuff: The Intruder, Scorpio, Guppy's Collar, Broken Modem, Epiphora, Head of the Keeper, Rotten Tomato, PHD, Guppy's Eye, Mom's Ring, Mega Mush, Stapler, Cone Head, Dead Cat, Mutant Spider The Lost is back after only one day's break. He's tied first with Blue Baby for appearances, now both at four apiece. This is an exceptionally stacked run considering we've only got to beat Mom. The starting items are pretty damn strong but can lead to self-damage with exploding tears etc. so keep your distance as much as possible. We end up with Mega Mush towards the end of the run, a perfect mix of power and invincibility for such a fragile character. No trouble at all reaching Boss Rush here. A few of uses of the mushroom makes this a non-issue. A few waves to get through without but the build had it in it to beat this anyway I think (and we entered with Algiz as a safety net!) There's even multiple angles to the survivability here. Lives from Guppy's Collar (potentially) and Dead Cat (just for Boss Rush though). Also deep breath The Intruder to slow enemies, Broken Modem to avoid shots, Rotten Tomato for in-fighting and Cone Head potentially blocking all damage! Not often you feel safe with The Lost but this is as close as you could hope for! Worth playing. Best of luck!
