Week 6 Cork Airport Runway Reconstruction Documentary Episode #2

The reconstruction of the main runway at Cork Airport is now past the half way stage. In this video we give an insight into how and why we are completing the fastest large-scale construction project undertaken in the State in recent years - 12 months from funding approval to the completion of the main works - encompassing EU tendering, design, regulatory approvals and construction. As part of a €40 million investment by daa plc in Cork Airport with €10 million of welcome Government support, this will ensure the airport is positioned for post-COVID-19 recovery from November 22, 2021.
