Week 2 Run 3 Shin splint problems 😭
This run I struggle with shin problems yet again! If you are just starting out go super slow, even slower than you think you should go or you’ll end up like me with a bunch of shin problems. Hopefully I can get through this with some more strength and stretching exercises. Good luck to anyone doing this and definitely check out the Health united web page for help and advice.
