Join us as we continue to explore The Franklin Institute as we check out the museum’s key attractions. The Franklin Institute is Philadelphia's premier science and education museum and a must-do for everyone visiting the city. There are exhibits and activities that will appeal to all ages including a journey inside Franklin's iconic Giant Heart, learning about electricity and making lightening with plasma tubes, and the Fels planetarium which offers amazing views of the Earth and skies. The Franklin Institute is centrally located in Philly's Logan Square neighborhood (its just down the parkway from the city's famous Art Museum so you can make a day of visiting the cultural sites along Benjamin Franklin Parkway).
