This September, Qigong Master Homer Nottingham will offer a Qigong Instructor Training Program for students who want to share the benefits of Qigong with community members, family, and friends —or simply deepen their own understanding and practice. Homer's vision is simple: if Nevada County is going to become a true "Blue Zone" community, more people need access to safe, effective movement practices that support health, balance, vitality, and healthy aging. That means more trained instructors teaching in fitness centers, senior centers, community programs, and wellness organizations throughout the region. Whether your goal is to teach or simply to learn at a deeper level, this program offers a structured path guided by decades of teaching experience.
