Asani invites readers to explore the many ways Muslims around the world understand and experience their faith through culture, art, and everyday life. In this evening of conversation, held at Ismaili Centre Toronto in partnership with ITREB Canada on 6 December 2025, Dr. Alnoor Dhanani (independent scholar) and Dr Hussein Rashid (Barnard College) reflected on key themes from the book from the diversity of Muslim identities to the role of creativity, language, and lived experience in shaping expressions of Islam.
