One of my big maintenance costs on the Habitat Oasis is my 4 acre pond. I was paying over $2k to a company to provide treatments every two weeks from late April through September... It was convenient and they did a great job but I decided to take it on myself to keep more cash in my pocket. We swim, fish, and attract wildlife such as wood ducks so it's important that we keep up with the maintenance.
