Mom's Hakka Yong Tau Foo in Tauchu Sauce | Stuffed Vegetables

This delicious Hakka Yong Taufu recipe is from my mum and is definitely for keeping. Instead of making own fish paste from scratch, i decided to use readymade fish and prawn pastes from Nikudo (not sponsored) as it is easy and delicious. Nikudo pastes are seasoned, therefore, I reduce saltiness in this recipe (Do add salt if you use unseasoned fish/prawn paste).
