The last time I came here (4 years ago) I was a broke, lonely, budget backpacker and I had a mediocre time at best. But this time around is a different story! I had this idea to find a random Tunisian stranger from Instagram and spontaneously meet up with him/her to have the BEST DAY we could possibly have.
