Meanwhile, my husband shears our sheep by hand with scissors, following the most ancient technique of our area. I also pick savoy cabbages directly from the tree, we work together in the garden, and we enjoy the simplicity of the countryside, surrounded by nature, animals, and Moroccan traditions.
