Flour - 500 g Warm water - 300 ml Dry yeast - 7 g Sugar - 1 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Olive oil - 2 tbsp For the filling Ground beef or lamb - 400 g Onion - 1 large Tomato - 1 Green bell pepper - 1 Tomato paste - 1 tbsp Parsley - small bunch Salt, black pepper, paprika - to taste Directions Mix water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 10 minutes. Add flour, salt, and butter. Knead into a soft dough. Cover and let rise for 1-1.5 hours. For the filling, finely chop the onion, tomato, pepper, and parsley, and mix with the ground meat and spices. Divide the dough into 3-4 pieces. Roll each piece into an oval, about 30 cm long. Place the filling in the center, leaving the edges free. Fold the edges inward and pinch the ends to form a boat shape. Bake at 230-250°C for about 12-15 minutes. Optional, add grated cheese or beat an egg 2 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
