La extraña dama 1989 – P101

In the first part: Marcelo (Jorge Martínez) marries Elsa (Marta Albertini), leaving Gina (Luisa Kuliok) completely bewildered. In the intermission: Marcelo adjusts to married life with Elsa, while Gina recovers and prepares to take her vows. Marcelo is widowed, and Gina becomes Sister Piedad. Marcelo (who believes he has some claim to the marriage) is consumed by resentment, believing that Gina married Dr. Nicoli (Tony Vilas). The children Fiama (Andrea Barbieri), Aldo (Gabriel Corrado), and Virginia (Margarita Ross) grow up, and new problems arise as a consequence of old issues and Marcelo's stubbornness. Fiama learns of the wedding plans between Aldo and Virginia (who were unaware of them at the time) and that she is not Elsa's daughter. Furious with her father for always lying to her and for his refusal to give her any information about her real mother, she decides to go to the Convent of the Adoration, a place ruled by the fearsome Sister Paulina (María Rosa Gallo). But Sister Piedad, also known as Gina, Fiama's mother, arrives at the convent. In these clips: Dr. Nicoli decides to return to Europe and doesn't want Susana to continue seeing Marcelo. Susana rejects both: she stays in Buenos Aires and will continue seeing Marcelo. Valeria talks to Carlos about his tendency to hide things. Despite swearing she will take her vows, Fiama remains interested in the key to the secret door, which alerts Sister Beatriz and Sister Piedad. Domenico shows up at Aldo's house, demanding the truth because he doesn't believe the story about the architecture studio. Aldo tells him only half the truth (he only wants to talk to an inmate; he's keeping the escape plan a secret). The former park ranger must decide whether to help the young man or not, and Aldo becomes desperate as time runs out. Carlos visits Sister Piedad at the convent regarding his investigation, and Sister Piedad happens to discover that they know Fiama and her family. They arrange a meeting because Carlos and Valeria want to discuss it. Diana warns Virginia that Susana is a bad influence. Alberto warns Aldo that he doesn't spend enough time with Virginia and that the priest will notice, and he does: Gertrudis tells Marcelo.
