Victory Switch 150 – Un 🐺 lobo disfrazado de Oveja 🐏
Auteco says on its website: "IT'S NOT BIG, IT'S GREAT." Is this true about the Victory Switch 150? A city bike that surprised me once I opened the throttle. In the few days I had the bike, I pushed it to the limit to see its potential, learn about its strengths and weaknesses. It was sorely needed that a brand dared to come up with something different. It's to be expected that these bikes won't be released by a Yamaha or Suzuki, or any other Japanese brand. Honda is the exception with its Navi motorcycle. The Victory Switch 150 surprised me with its chassis. It's a visually striking bike, it draws many attention at traffic lights. They'll ask you if it's electric, if it's automatic, how much it costs, if it goes fast enough. The truth is, it's NOT electric, it's NOT automatic, and it goes too fast. Read also: Happiness and Motorcycles Switch 150 Suspension I'll leave the engine and its speed for last. Front Suspension The front suspension has a very sporty look thanks to its inverted bars with a gold finish that stand out quite a bit. I think this look takes the Switch 150 to another level. Although they're not adjustable, the suspension works very well, although just because it's inverted doesn't mean we're going to be cruising on this bike. Rear Suspension This is a winner, and the idea was to include a rear suspension with a single-shock absorber like those found on high-cc motorcycles. This saves space for installing the single-shock absorber and also creates better suspension for the bike. The bike's suspension is far superior to its competitors, even to larger-displacement motorcycles. Its Brakes We have disc brakes on both wheels, with a 220 mm travel dual-piston disc that will ensure extremely effective braking. I'm sure that when you ride this bike, what will surprise you most, aside from its speed, will be its braking system. The rear brake system, as I mentioned, is also a rear disc. Its disc has 170 mm travel and a single piston, but be careful, you need to get familiar with it because it tends to lock up the rear wheel easily. When the bike reaches a respectable speed, it's important to install good brakes. But you should also keep in mind that it brakes too much and you should learn how to use them properly. Enjoying the Victory Switch 150 We went for an afternoon ride on the bike, from Santa Elena to the city of Medellín. The idea was to test the bike in different situations that Colombians experience daily. First, we went down the road for 40 minutes, testing the brakes. I hoped they wouldn't overheat. The bike, given its size, is quite comfortable for the rider, but for the passenger, it becomes a bit tricky after a while, as you have to put pressure between your legs, as your feet are high and your body tends to roll backward. Something to be aware of and be careful of is the footrests, which are too low and can easily scrape in turns. The good thing is that they are retractable and will warn us when we touch the ground, but they won't make us fall. Even with a passenger, the bike hugs the ground more and even scrapes the right side with the muffler. VICTORY SWITCH 150 Now I love traffic lights. Why? I love how people stare at the bike. What do they think? Does that bike work at all? When the traffic light turns green, that's when the fun begins, and here I show you in a video: it blows most motorcycles away. The power of the Victory Switch 150 🔥 Perhaps this is what I love most about this motorcycle. That's why I said it's a sheep in wolf's clothing. Its 150cc engine and 5-speed gearbox definitely make this motorcycle the perfect weapon for fun. The motorcycle has a fairly small sprocket, which makes shifting very long, so much so that I managed to reach speeds of 90 km/h in 4th gear. But if the sprocket is small, does the motorcycle lose power? This can happen, but the motorcycle is 150cc and weighs only 110 kg, giving us a good power-to-weight ratio. On the Las Palmas highway, I was averaging 80 to 90 km/h (50 to 55 mph), leaving a Yamaha Nmax 150 behind, which was trying to catch up. With a passenger, the bike climbs to 60 to 70 km/h (37 to 43 mph) very smoothly. What I didn't like about the Victory Switch 150 1- Its tachometer is too small, and in bright light, it's not as visible. 2- Although this is a city bike, I live in the countryside, and when I'm cornering, the bike easily rolls over the ground with my feet resting on it. 3- When you go to fill up the bike, you're stuck holding the fuel cap, which is really uncomfortable. -OFFICIAL PAGE → https://motosflypasion.net -SUBSCRIBE for FREE → https://goo.gl/pq4m6x SOCIAL MEDIA: Facebook → https://goo.gl/F3R3V3 Instagram → https://goo.gl/gnzgqM Our Workshop Workshop → https://bit.ly/3gaw9k8
