probably the best week of my life. no better words to describe it. I am so grateful to have been able to come experience london with my best friend and know that I will hold this week/vlog forever in my heart. thank you for letting me share these memories with you. when im traveling, its all about trravel. i move my body when i can because it makes me feel my best but i dont hold myself to a strict routine, its ok not to be perfect, just do what you can and stay consistent. same with food, im aware of what makes me feel good but you will never catch me restricting memories to look a certain way. you only live once. ill never be 18 in london with my best friend again, its all about being present and living it up. safe to say thats exactly what we did.
