Fire Emblem - Main Theme - Famicom Remix (VRC6)

Song: Main Theme Source: Fire Emblem series Original Composers: Yuka Tsujiyoko, Hirokazu Tanaka Sound Chip Used: Famicom - Konami VRC6 A chiptune arrangement of the Fire Emblem theme using the Konami VRC6 expansion. I was originally going to base it on the version that appeared in Shadow Dragon and Mystery of the Emblem, hence the intro, tempo, and key. However I decided to take some more liberties with it. ===== About the VRC6 Chip: ===== The Virtual ROM Controller 6 is a cartridge-based graphic and sound expansion developed by Konami for the Famicom. It was used in 3 games: Akumajō Densetsu (Castlevania III), Mōryō Senki MADARA, and Esper Dream II. The expansion adds 3 additional sound channels (2 square waves and 1 sawtooth) to the Famicom's sound output. The Western version of the Famicom, the NES, does not support loading sound channels from the cartridge, and was thus limited to Japanese audiences.
