It takes amazing video quality up to 4k/60p and with it's built in gimbal, incredibly smooth and stabilized video. Since the battery is built-in, you can't carry around extra batteries for it. Instead, you'll need to have some external power banks or power stick like the Smatree DP20. It's a 5000 mAh power stick that allows you to attach the DJI Osmo Pocket 1/2 to it and functions as both a selfie stick and a battery charger/extender. You can use the camera at the same time while it is charging so you can get 3 or 4 hours of continuous use for all day shooting if needed. It also comes with a very nice quality tripod which can also attach to the power stick making it even longer which is great for getting shots in the air and in hard to reach places. The only gripe I have is that it doesn't work with the Do It All Handle. You have to remove the Do It All Handle first in order to mount the camera into the Smatree power stick. That means no bluetooth or wifi while using the extra battery power. The workaround is you have to either use a USB C to USB C charging cable or find a mount adapter that has a thread that can attach to the Smatree power stick. You could just use any external power bank for this purpose if you're just going to use a long cable to leave it in your pocket. It's a great handle/stick for your DJI Osmo Pocket 1 or 2 if you just need it to shoot videos straight to memory card and don't require the use of wifi / live streaming or remote viewing from smartphone.
