Tristram Stuart - WINNER The Observer Food Monthly Awards 2011 - Mark Green marknwms

I shot this video in the east end of london, Tristram was a great subject and very easy to direct we had it all wrapped up in 2 hours. we had a go at filming him on his bike while delivering some lines to camera, great fun, i have to admit it took a couple of takes before we nailed it, thanks Tristram good luck with the book WASTE, I think we'll be seeing a bit more of this chap on TV.
