Ponta Malongane Discover Scuba Dive!

Yes, Skippy lived her whole life in a comfort zone, and this year, she wanted to be more adventurous. She always loved the ocean and with our trip to Ponta Mamoli, this was the best opportunity to start ticking off bucket list items. We stayed in Ponta Mamoli, Ponta Malongane has one of the best diving camps in Mozambique. We drove to Ponta Malongane Dive Camp one afternoon, booked and paid for the Discover Scuba Course and went back the next morning for the first training session in the pool. On the 2nd day, all the divers, including Skippy, went out on a boat to dive at one of the reefs. 15 Minutes at the bottom of the ocean... and Skippy started to hyperventilate. It is alright, because at least she tried. She felt disappointed in herself but fulfilled as she always talked about diving.
