I wrote this waltz in early 2020. Since it reminded me of gliding, or floating, I thought I would put it to a basic edit of some figure skating. Ekaterina Gordeeva and Sergei Grinkov dominated the sport for a long time through the late 1980s and early 1990s, and it's almost like their routine was made for this waltz. This particular routine is from the Lillehammer Winter Olympic Games Figure Skating Gala Exhibition. It's actually 2 routines that I clumsily patched together.
