Hours of Rain on My Harley | Florida to California - Day 2

The second day of my 21-day motorcycle journey from Florida to California turned into a true test of patience, endurance, and preparation. Leaving Nashville, I headed south onto the beautiful Natchez Trace Parkway, expecting an incredible day of riding through one of America's most scenic roads. Instead, I spent hours riding through relentless rain, dark skies, and mile after mile of wet pavement. Thankfully, I learned from a previous trip and packed the right rain gear this time. It didn't stop the rain, but it made all the difference. By the end of the day, the skies finally cleared, the temperatures climbed, and I was back in a t-shirt as I rolled into Jackson, Mississippi after nearly 400 miles on the road. Every long-distance ride has days that test you. This was one of them.
