Most of the cue are altered versions of pre-existing cues from the film, while "Combat_A", "Combat_Black_Zero", and "Combat_World_Engine" use Zimmer's thematical material as a basis and Mazzaro does his own thing with these themes. Most of them also lack proper endings, since they were designed to be looped during gameplay. However, with the end credits suite, you'll hear some of them concluded (as well as other tracks).
