We start wave 2 of Transformers War for Cybertron Kingdom Line with Deluxe Class Arcee. She was already featured on Earthrise line but is back again with the Kingdom line. Unfortunately, no changes were made to the figure itself the only thing that is different is the packaging, everything about the figure is the same.
