Episode 7 - Shekelstein Rules The World Shekelstein has a complete monopoly over all of the real estate in skyrim except for Windhelm, but of course that's about to change. However after the last episode Shekelstein has learned quite a bit and is about to take his approach of taking over Windhelm a little differently. This time Shekelstein will buy all the properties, set it to normal price and in the meantime remove all the undesirable residents from the area. But Shekelstein won't do this on his own, because now he has his own bodyguard who will strong arm anyone foolish enough to stand up to Shekelstein. After all is said and done, Shekelstein will move to phase two of his plan and make more money than he has made up to this point.
