In Japan, there is a deep respect for the power of water. A river never argues with the rock. It never fights the mountain. It simply keeps flowing. Day after day. Year after year. And eventually... it shapes the landscape itself. Natural Bridge was not built by humans. It was created by the patient waters of the Kicking Horse River carving through solid rock over thousands of years. What looks strong and permanent can be changed by something gentle and persistent. That is a beautiful lesson for life. In Japanese, there is a phrase: 「継続は力なり」 (Keizoku wa chikara nari) "Continuity becomes strength." Small steps. Repeated many times. Can create something extraordinary. Just like this bridge. Just like a family. Just like a lifetime of memories. So today, as you stand beside this river... listen to the water. It has travelled from glaciers high in the mountains. And it continues its journey without knowing exactly where it will end. Perhaps life is a little like that too. One step. One day.
