Published on - June 26, 2026 The Municipality of Reconquista held the opening of bids for Public Tender No. 10/2026, Decree No. 167/2026, for the acquisition of 4,730.61 cubic meters of H25 concrete, equivalent to 250 kg/cm², for use in the "Inter-Neighborhood Paving Plan" project in the city of Reconquista. The tender has an official budget of $1,179,977,340.05 and will be financed with funds from a non-reimbursable grant, within the framework of the Urban Works Program of the Province of Santa Fe, according to a resolution from the Provincial Ministry of Public Works. The event was presided over by the mayor, Dr. Amadeo Enrique Vallejos, who was joined virtually by the Undersecretary of Strategic Planning of the Ministry of Public Works of the Province of Santa Fe, Marcelo Mántaras. Also present were the Secretary of Economic Development, CPN Matías Masat, and the Director of Studies and Projects, Architect Ana Rasetto. A total of four bids were received: Envelope No. 1: Submitted by Arnaldo Buyatti e Hijos S.A., Tax ID No. 30-71027885-3. The company submitted a bid with a unit price of $254,593.36 and a total amount of $1,204,381,895.00. Envelope No. 2: Submitted by Nardelli S.R.L., Tax ID No. 30-50098046-6. The offer includes ready-mix concrete with a unit price of $230,000.00 and a total amount of $1,088,040,300.00. Envelope No. 3: From Unión Agrícola de Avellaneda Coop. Ltda., Tax ID No. 30-50191240-5. The company submitted an offer with a unit price of $202,429.91 and a total amount of $957,616,977.83. Envelope No. 4: From Elías Yapur S.A., Tax ID No. 30-52692512-9. The main offer includes a unit price of $199,160.99 and a total amount of $937,422,360.90. The company submitted a bid with a unit price of $245,990.00 and a total amount of $1,163,682,753.90. Mayor Vallejos, in turn, thanked the provincial authorities and the technical teams for their collaborative work, which is enabling progress on this strategic project for Reconquista. “We are talking about a very important project that will benefit several neighborhoods in the city, improving not only the pavement but also aspects related to water, sewage, and drainage, with a direct impact on approximately 30,000 residents,” the mayor stated. The Inter-Neighborhood Paving Plan is part of a comprehensive plan aimed at improving connectivity, traffic flow, and urban infrastructure in various sectors of Reconquista, strengthening the development of neighborhoods and key corridors for daily life in the city.
