Welcome back to the Etruria Farm Timelapse. The harvest operation continues as we return to the wheat field for the second stage of harvesting. The wheat was previously mowed into swaths, and now our combine harvester equipped with a baler is handling two tasks at once. As the combine threshes the grain, the baler immediately turns the straw into bales, creating an efficient one-pass harvesting system. Support vehicles work alongside the combine to keep the operation moving. Grain is transferred into truck trailers and transported directly to the mill, while straw bales are collected and prepared for future use in livestock and production chains. While the wheat harvest is underway, another part of the team is already preparing the next field. A hired worker operating a self-propelled mower cuts the barley into swaths, ensuring that no time is wasted between harvests. As soon as the wheat field is completed, the entire harvesting convoy relocates to the neighboring barley field. By the time the machinery arrives, the barley has already been fully mowed and is ready for threshing. The combine and support equipment are put back to work, once again combining threshing and straw baling in a single operation. Truckloads of grain continue flowing to the mill, maintaining a steady supply of raw materials for processing while the harvest moves smoothly from one crop to the next.
