Gta vice city beta Dreamcast longplay (w/commentary) part 1

playing the beta build of gta vice city on Dreamcast. there are issues, but it's fully playable, and with time it will only get better! this is basically absolute proof of DC being fully able to contend the entire generation if devs put the actual effort into it.
