Lassie - Episode #325 - "The Agreement" - Season 10, Ep. 2 - 10/03/1963

Cully's neighbor wants to cut down a stand of trees on a piece of property the two men had bought together, but Cully insists the agreement they made on the land shows that the trees belong to him. When a bear cub comes into Cully's home and trashes the kitchen, including Cully's strong box of important papers, the agreement is stuck to the frightened bear cub and gets lost as the cub flees.
