When the sun's rays filter through the dense foliage, creating those very contrasts that make you want to paint. My new work, "Light and Shadow in the Forest," was born precisely like this—amid the rustling of leaves, in search of pure, vibrant emotions and rich textures. Plein air painting is always a challenge. The light changes every minute, the wind sways the branches, but it's precisely this dynamism that imbues the painting with real life.
