One political party making waves is the Labour party, having recorded quite a number of defections. Actor Kenneth Okonkwo, who recently joined the party has been speaking on the party, its presidential candidate, Peter Obi and the chances of the Southeast geopolitical zone in the next political season. He is asking Nigerians especially those from the Ndigbo nation to approach the election from a different perspective but his call to them to consider only Peter Obi has put him in the firing line with some supporters of the candidate urging him not to present Obi as an Igbo candidate before Nigerians.
