You Matter Charity Foundation partners Fidelity Bank Plc to empower 500 Market Women in Delta

As part of efforts to promote women empowerment and financial inclusion, The You Matter Charity Foundation, of the wife of the Delta State governor, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori in partnership with the Fidelity Bank PLC, recently launched the “Give Her Power” initiative empowerment programme for 500 market women in Delta State. 400 beneficiaries received cash grants amounting to 20 million naira, while 50 women were empowered with grinding machines and another 50 with sewing machines. The Governor's wife explained further that her Foundation donation an additional 20 million naira, increasing the grant for each of the 400 women from fifty thousand naira to one hundred thousand naira. This initiative is indeed commendable.
