CHALLENGE CHALLENGE 🤩 Intense Ab Workout DAY #4 Here I'm sharing a full-body + ab challenge of approximately 20 minutes each day. How does the challenge work? There will be a new routine each day (Monday to Friday). In this challenge, we'll be engaging as many muscles as possible, focusing on the abs. The routines are well-distributed to avoid stressing any muscle group and to ensure none are left untrained. For example: Cardio and abs, Legs and abs, Arms and abs, etc. The best part is that it's only about 20 minutes a day, no more, baby! If you don't have much time and want to tone your whole body, you'll love this challenge/calendar. Today we'll focus solely on abs. An intense routine where we'll be strengthening, defining, and toning the entire core area. We'll be doing 8 exercises, 4 rounds in total, working for 30 seconds and resting for 5 seconds between exercises. Remember to go at your own pace, breathe throughout the entire routine, keep your core engaged, and most importantly, enjoy this time with Vivi.
