HADC 2024 DAY 1 - Hub Agro-Dealer Roundtable:

The inaugural African Hub Agro-Dealer Development Conference (HADC) took place from June 4-7, 2024, at the Kigali Marriott Hotel in Rwanda. The event aimed to showcase best practices, facilitate peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, and invite collaboration among stakeholders to strengthen the inputs sector in Africa. This session provided conference participants with insights from active hub agro-dealers and those who support the development of inputs value chains about what it takes as a hub agro-dealer to grow and expand. What policies are drivers, what business relationships are catalytic, what stimulates investment, and what types of clients also drive growth.
