World Beetle Day is celebrated annually on June 22nd and attracts not only Beetle owners, but the entire air-cooled engine community. In Maringá, the date is usually celebrated with large gatherings organized by the Maringá Beetle Friends Club. The 10th edition was recently held between June 19th and 21st at Praça Salgado Filho (the old airport square). The event featured an exhibition of over 1,000 classic cars, a large screen for showing football games, and free entry for the public. Vintage, classic, customized, and lowered cars were part of this wonderful celebration of World Beetle Day. A highlight was the "Xexelento" Beetle with a turbo engine, its unique customization, and cool look that attracted attention, especially from children. In today's video, I took a complete tour of the 10th World Beetle Day exhibition in Maringá! I showcased several cars for sale, the coolest ones, the rarest relics, the modified and original Beetles that were present at this incredible event.
