RETO DE 0 A ESPARTANO. Pilates en casa [Nivel 0]
Here's a new Pilates Challenge. We're aiming to work on consistency, assess our physical level, and set new goals to become Spartan Pilates practitioners (although I'm sure many of you are already at that level). The Challenge consists of doing a series of 10 basic Pilates exercises every day for two weeks, moving up a level every three days. That is, we'll do level 0 on three days, and then move up a level on the fourth, gradually completing all four levels. We'll only need between 15 and 20 minutes a day. If we get into the habit of setting aside this time for ourselves every day, we'll improve our overall health, both physically and mentally.
