Age 21 Day time — selling my products. Night time — cab driving and Swiggy deliveries. Still attending college. Then COVID hit. Markets shut down, Business collapsed. I started vegetable trading and loading trucks. Need to pay Loans. My first earning during that time: ₹1,600. That ₹1,600 reminded me: Survival is the first step of entrepreneurship. Age 22 Joined real estate. Salary: ₹18,000. Had ₹6 lakh debt from my previous business. No one to teach me. Made 200–300 cold calls every day. Visited 200+ projects. My first deal happened after 3 months. Rejection trains entrepreneurs. Age 23 (2022) Pitched the idea of starting a YouTube channel to educate buyers to my company, They rejected it. So I started my own company Visator Realty pvt ltd and launched my YouTube channel. Raised funds, cleared my ₹6 lakh debt, and started again from zero. Focused on genuine guidance and education.
