Les aménagements scolaires pénalisent-ils les élèves ?

Teachers are asked to include all students. But they are still asked to teach as if everyone learns in the same way. Perhaps this is where the real problem begins. Every year, support systems multiply: PAP, PPS, PPRE, PAI… Every year, teachers' mental workload increases. And yet, the students who need school the most often continue to feel different. What if we're looking for the solution in the wrong place? In this conversation, I share a conviction that challenges many preconceived notions: ✔ Why traditional teaching works primarily for students who would have succeeded… even without us. ✔ Why neuroscience is questioning a model conceived centuries ago. ✔ Why inclusion shouldn't mean "doing more," but "teaching differently." ✔ Why individual adjustments sometimes end up exhausting teachers… without actually solving the problem. ✔ How to build a classroom where every student naturally finds their place, without creating numerous exceptions. If you're a teacher, you'll probably recognize this feeling of constantly rushing, of wanting to do the right thing for everyone… while feeling like you're never doing enough. Yet there is another way to think about pedagogy. A more respectful approach to learning, more inclusive, more compatible with current knowledge in neuroscience, and above all, more sustainable for teachers. Because a truly inclusive school doesn't rely on heroic teachers. It relies on a system designed for everyone. 👉 Download the free Adaptive Classroom Guide and discover how to build a more inclusive classroom without increasing your workload: https://profere.fr/guideclasse If this resonates with you, please subscribe, share this episode with a colleague, and leave a comment about what you think prevents teachers from doing their jobs with peace of mind. --- Teaching differently is possible (and urgent).
