Samoan Astonishing Moment: Grace's First View of the Underwater World!

Where is a beautiful beach in Samoa? We found one amazing one! Sinalei Reef Resort and Spa has a fantastic beach, a beautiful coral reef, and even turtles! We had quite the adventure finding this beach. We took a road we thought would get us there, but it was too rough and overgrown, and we had to turn around. It was crazy. When we arrived at Sinalei Reef Resort, we asked if we could use their beach even though we were not staying there and we have children (it is an adults-only resort) and they said we could. We pretty much had the beach all to ourselves. We snorkeled and played on the buoy platform, and the highlight was swimming with turtles! We captured some incredible footage of the turtles with our GoPros and from above with our DJI mini drone. The shots were quite spectacular. After enjoying the beach, we loved having a delicious dinner at the resort on the water. As we sat on the pier, we enjoyed seeing a few turtles swimming nearby and flying foxes flying above. The food was delicious! Dad was delighted to discover Oka, a special Samoan raw fish dish with coconut cream.
