For JV: SEIKO 7549-7010 RESTORATION

Full restoration of a one-owner 300m “tuna” diver for the original owner. Watch was a gift from his Master Sergeant in the Navy. Severe battery / corrosive leak from old battery. Hand damage, lume especially. Damage to many screws and calendar parts. I was able to save the coil and circuit. I also saved the original lume, and restored a missing section in the minute hand. Hands had a lot of rust stuck to them top and bottom which I was able to address chemically, saving the plating. PSA: This video contains sub-optimal levels y microphone so if you can hear anything count that as a win. Even if that "anything" is tuneless humming. I did pump up the volume though.
