Functional Bodyweight Movement Flow | Follow Along ( No Equipment )
Hey movers, this class is a bodyweight functional movement workout to follow along with which is great for all levels. This is a minimalist training approach so you just need some space, to work some functional patterns. We will repeat the sequence for 5 rounds starting at a beginner level and then making the functional flow movements more challenging as the rounds start to increase, as we aim to build heat and strength in our bodies. We will also be adding on more challenging bodyweight exercises as the rounds add up. To build some overall health and wellness. If you find that 1 round is too challenging you have the option to revert back to one of the previous functional movement rounds or of course pause the video and take a break before returning, as there are not many breaks throughout this 20 minutes.
