Opportunities Go Not to the Best, but to the Most Visible. Öznur Şaşmaz is a Metallurgy and Materials Engineering student at Bursa Technical University; an entrepreneur, organizational leader, and young professional working in the field of career development. Since her university years, she has actively participated in entrepreneurship, career planning, corporate communication, and digital marketing, gaining experience in various collaborations and projects both domestically and internationally. She served as the Vice President of the Entrepreneurship and Organization Society and completed an internship in corporate communication and digital marketing at the Technology Transfer Office. She has taken on leadership roles in planning and executing career and entrepreneurship-focused events and has participated as a speaker in seminars and training sessions. Through M Strategy Consulting, which she founded, she provides consulting services in personal and corporate branding, strategic communication, and digital marketing. She has been awarded the "Inspiring Young Person of the Year" award and aims to contribute to the development of young people and especially inspire young women.
