Cricket SFV Featherwood Born in the Life

Jessica Haviland, known as "Cricket," was born into a world marked by abuse and drug-fueled violence. A native of the San Fernando Valley, California, Cricket became deeply immersed in the perilous, survival-driven lifestyle of the SFV Peckerwoods, based in the San Fernando area. Recently, federal and local authorities arrested 42 members and associates of the SFV Peckerwoods on a 76-count indictment, accusing them of years of racketeering, including drug trafficking (specifically fentanyl), illegal firearms possession, and fraud involving COVID-19 benefits and loans. Today, Cricket is two years sober and works as an addiction counselor at LA Wellness Home. She is also a student at East LA College, studying Psychology, with aspirations to help others overcome addiction and heal from trauma and abuse in one-on-one counseling sessions. Having emerged from her own struggles, Cricket is determined to help others find a way out.
