영업이 시작되기 전, 모우키의 주방은 이미 가장 뜨거운 리듬으로 움직이고 있습니다. 칼이 재료를 다듬는 소리, 웍에서 올라오는 불길까지 홍콩 다이닝 바의 프렙 과정은 그 자체로 하나의 퍼포먼스였습니다. 이번 세션은 단순히 레스토랑에서 디제잉을 한 영상이 아니라, 홍콩식 요리의 섬세한 움직임과 Afro House가 가진 뜨거운 그루브가 같은 리듬 위에서 만나는 순간을 담아봤습니다. This session was filmed during MOUKEE's kitchen prep, just before this Hong Kong dining bar comes to life. From the sound of knives on the board to the steam of freshly folded dim sum and the heat of the wok, every movement in the Cantonese kitchen carries its own rhythm. Paired with the pulse of Afro House, the kitchen becomes a stage where music and craftsmanship move as one. Rather than simply filming a DJ set in a restaurant, this project explores the shared energy between Hong Kong cuisine and Afro House—both driven by rhythm, precision, and fire.
