Harbor Freight Lathe 34706 Maintenance

Today we are going to do some maintenance on my 34706 Harbor Freight Lathe. I have 3 problems to solve on the 12 x 36 wood lathe. The first problem is the bed of the lathe has rust on it. Second, I need to change the belt. Lastly, I need to get the tail stock to move along the bed more freely and lock to the bed better when I don't want it to move.
