Download your Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks game in ISO format and put it in the ISO folder (You can find it in many rom sites) 2. Run MKSM-Cheats for cheats, and MKSM to launch the game with a custom frame. 3. Note that the Custom frames launcher only supports resolutions of 2560x1440 and 1920x1080 4. Don't forget to configure your controllers by launching pcsx2.exe and going to Config - Controllers - Plugin Settings and make sure that cheats are Enabled in the File menu on PCSX2 5. These exe files are made with AutoHotKey and will create the needed files to launch the cheats/overlays in a directory called "data" and will also create mk.ini in your main folder if it doesn't already exist. 6. This pcsx2 is setup with the Reshade plugin. If you wish to change settings feel free to do so by pressing the Home key. 7. If you have a slow computer just disable the Reshade plugin by deleting all the Reshade* files and folders or through the home key. 8. If you want to exit simply press Escape. The program will automatically exit if it doesn't detect pcsx2 in the background. 9. IT IS BEST to use this command line to configure your controller: pcsx2.exe --cfgpath=inis\mksm or use the Config button on the Cheats program. Cheats Instructions: 1. If you use custom characters, make sure you disable the move swap, and vice versa if you use the move swap make sure that character selection is disabled otherwise it will either won't work or will just crash your game. 2. Use the Boss Fix option when you choose boss characters 3. To swap moves use L1+DPAD Down or L1-DPAD Up to switch back. (Or L2 I don't remember exactly lol) 4. Not all characters are playable, experiment yourself. 5. Don't delete any files or folders otherwise you may screw up either the effects or the cheats. 6. If you don't know what character move swap is, it means that you can change character moves on the go. For example you can choose Liu Kang with Kung Lao move set, and then in game press L1+DPad Down to switch moves or L1+DPad up to set move back. It's really effective if you want to play as a boss character which usually causes bugs when fighting other bosses - just switch to a normal moveset, kill the boss and switch back.
